Move to "bubbletea" library to replace the unmaintained "survey" library

As mentioned by Oscar in #7308 (comment 1578167606)

I took a look at the backtrace/stacktrace, and realized that this could be caused by the prompt library we're using. The library is no longer maintained, and has an issue that may be relevant to this: This library does actually not support all posix systems (please use x/sys/unix instead of syscall package) #434, so we may need to migrate to the recommended library bubbletea in the near future.

This will hopefully fix the problem with #7308
