Create merge request to fork

Problem to solve

This might be possible already, I just haven't been able to figure out how.

There's repository R from which a fork F was created. I would like to run glab mr create from repository R and create a merge request towards the fork F. I tried several combinations, even tried to leverage adding the F as a remote and trying to merge to forkremote/master but none of them worked. In the webgui of R I can select F as a target so I'm hoping this also works somehow from the CLI.
