"glab auth status" does not respect GITLAB_HOST environment variable

I find it confusing that most commands respect GITLAB_HOST from the environment, but glab auth status does not.

Use GITLAB_HOST and GLAB_HOST environment as fallback if -h option is not given to glab auth status. May also affect glab auth login.

Tested on version 1.27.1.
