support create project in own instance

Hey folks,

when i try to create a project in my own instance, there is no way to define host.

glab project create -n assets --defaultBranch hcp-int --public -g path/to/my/group
could not find group or namespace path/to/my/group: GET https://gitlab.com/api/v4/groups/hcp/argo/monitoring: 404 {message: 404 Group Not Found}
