I want to list schedules in a repository on the command line.

Add a new command to list them.
Further details
We extensively work with schedules in our projects and I'd like to work with them on the cli (without resorting to the api-subcommand). If this gets accepted, I'd like to further add a command to run schedules (and maybe more).
