Proposal
We have snapcraft account in 1Password. Clement Sam gave this account publishing rights.
Snapcraft automatically builds snaps from GitHub, but not GitLab. We need to find a way how to build snaps from GitLab CI.

- there is an open issue about file-system permissions for snaps: Snap package needs system-files plug for issue list command to work
