Error running Docker commands on SaaS shared Windows runners
Up until four weeks ago we were able to run the following command on SaaS shared Windows runners:
docker run -v ${pwd}:${pwd} -w ${pwd}\launchpad\lpwin-src mcr.microsoft.com/windows:ltsc2019 iexpress /N /Q Chemistream-app.SED
Now we get the following error when running the above:
docker: error during connect: Post http://%2F%2F.%2Fpipe%2Fdocker_engine/v1.40/containers/create: open //./pipe/docker_engine: The system cannot find the file specified. In the default daemon configuration on Windows, the docker client must be run elevated to connect. This error may also indicate that the docker daemon is not running.
See 'docker run --help'.
This error also appears when we attempt to just pull the above image, before attempting the bind mount. The timing of the issue seems to coincide with a change to the Docker installation method.
