CI fails, Manifest is not updated

See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/ci-cd/shared-runners/images/aws/grit-images/-/pipelines/1932913169 for example, the CI for this project fails. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/ci-cd/runner-tools/grit/-/blob/main/modules/aws/ami_lookup/manifest.json has not been updated with new manifests for 7 months.

@ggeorgiev_gitlab could you look into this issue or forward it to the correct person? Thanks
