Interesting PA-related support cases in February 2023
As February draws to a close, I'm posting this as an issue for the first time as discussed in the weekly call at the beginning of the month.

- What is this?
- When a ticket is interesting to me and seems relevant to grouppipeline authoring, I save it for inclusion in this monthly "showcase" post. There is no need to action on these – this is not a request-for-help. Of course if you do have something to add somewhere, I'm always happy if it sparks a conversation.
- How are the cases selected?
- These are usually tickets I'm working myself or help others with, so it is by no means painting a full picture – I'm still trying to figure out if and how to efficiently unearth, review and present more tickets. However, I'm also not sure how valuable a raw list where I can't give as much context for each would actually be.
- How do I view the tickets?
- You need a ZenDesk Light Agent account, that you can easily request from an automation – see Requesting a ZenDesk ‘Light Agent’ account.

- Isn’t xyz rather for a different group?
- Quite possibly, it can be surprisingly hard to sort tickets. As Support Stable Counterpart for both Execution and Authoring, I’d say that the both groups' posts are probably worth a look anyway.
