This driver should specify a reason why a task was stopped

Currently when the ECS tasks are completed, we will see the generic message in the console that the task was stopped by the user. This could be misleading when trying to debug issues. There are a number of reasons this driver would stop a task and it would improve debugging of issues if this driver would provide the StopReason when calling the StopTask api call.
