Please enable the fargate task to use AWS tags.
I am trying to give the fargate task AWS-Tags via the task definition. Unfortunately, this does not work and the AWS-Tags are not displayed in the executing fargate task. However, this is very important because the fargate task in our company must have cost references in order to be able to be billed, since we provide runners for many teams.
This is the tags-section in my task-definition from the fargate-runner-task:
"tags": [
{
"key": "CostReference",
"value": "${COST_REFERENCE}"
},
{
"key": "Executor",
"value": "custom"
},
{
"key": "SecurityContactMail",
"value": "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
},
{
"key": "TechnicalContactMail",
"value": "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
},
{
"key": "Environment",
"value": "${ENVIRONMENT}"
}
None of the tags are displayed when the fargate task is run.
I don't know with which options the fargate task is started by the gitlab-custom-executor?
I would be very grateful for quick help and implementation!
