Is this project/repo abandoned?

Howdy.

I'm asking this question because I haven't seen any major activity in months (outstanding MRs)? AWS Fargate driver for Custom Executor has been released in 12.10 but it seem it has somewhat stagnated. Ultimately, is this project abandoned at this point?

Also, what can we (community) do to help get this project going again?
