Support different ESLint channels

codequality-eslint has multiple channels. We need to support detecting proper channel for eslint - using default channel for older versions of ESLint may cause failures as seen in #8 (closed)

Most straightforward approach for this is to detect major version of ESLint mentioned in package.json
