CI/CD UX - Engagement Survey Next Steps

Thank you for reviewing the UX Department Engagement survey results. After the review, you surfaced the main themes you'd like to improve upon this year.

This issue defines those themes in more detail and describes the actions the team will take in FY22. The purpose of this effort is to improve in these areas within the fiscal year.

Themes

Growth & Development

  • Add clarity to the Staff and Manager tracks. Highlight that the responsibilities of the roles can/should be shaped by the team member: ensure future responsibilities resonate with personal ambitions.
  • Created dedicated time to refine individual career development plans and review it with manager on a regular basis.
  • Highlight and communicate opportunities to further develop one's career.
  • Create mentoring/coaching opportunities within the CI/CD UX team and across the UX Department.

Your Manager

  • Role model our company values.
  • Communicate growth opportunities and give useful feedback on how well team members are performing.

Action

  • Take action as a result of the engagement survey and reflect on accomplishments/challenges as a team.
