Bug: Task-runner does not clean up `$backup_tars_path` after backup
When making a backup, task-runner puts this in the
$backup_tars_path-directory, which is distinct from the
$backups_path directory. After a successful backup, the temporary files in
$backups_path are removed in the
cleanup function, but the tarred backup is retained in the
$backup_tars_path directory. This currently leads to unrestrained host storage usage.
The task-runner pod keeps hogging storage space until it gets restarted when using backup-utility
The backup-utility tool properly cleans up after itself.
There is a merge request open in gitlab-org/build/CNG!173 (merged) which fixes this issue.
