Since 19.0, the GitLab chart requires an externally configured
PostgreSQL database and validates this during configuration checks.

The validation should also accept decomposed database setups. While no
longer documented, they remain supported for backward compatibility.

Brings 10-0-stable CI to master's final k3d state, consolidating the
five master MRs (!4967, !4984, !4982, !4983, !4985) into one change:

- Replace the single-version k3d PoC (LIMIT_TO=k3d135) with the
  parallel:matrix child-pipeline structure: k3d (v1.33/v1.34/v1.35,
  v1.35 primary auto-runs), k3d_arm64, and a manual k3d_nginx fallback.
- Add k3d-templates + k3d-version-pipeline[-arm64] child pipelines;
  rename k3d-review-apps -> k3d-templates.
- Remove vcluster/EKS trigger jobs, scripts, and environment configs;
  keep a single GKE nightly (gke.135.amd64 -> gke.amd64).
- Apply the DOCKERHUB_PREFIX drift in k3d.sh and drop the now-unused
  vcluster networking branch in autodevops.sh.

Gateway API is the default networking; the HTTP-mode chart fix is
already present on this branch (merged via !4984), so no chart change.

The k3s version matrix matches master (v1.33/v1.34/v1.35) with no
per-branch divergence.
