Follow-up from "Link upcoming deprecations and removals in Helm notes"

The problem

    I noticed that our NOTICE/WARNINGS/CRITICAL are a bit messed up now.

    We should consider sorting them. Something like all CRITICAL, then all WARNINGS, then all NOTICES. Or the other way around if we believe that users will acknowledge logs from bottom to top. Either way, they should at least be in clear sections, so that it get easier to identify all the critical and warnings and not miss them in-between possibly a lot of notices.

    I'll open a follow-up issue.

Implementation plan

Reorganize our CRITICAL/WARNING/NOTICE notification under our templates/NOTES.txt so that we follow the following order:

  1. All CRITICAL come first.
  2. All WARNING come second.
  3. All NOTICES come last.
