Change helm instructions to recommend choosing a namespace

In https://gitlab.com/charts/gitlab/blob/master/doc/installation/deployment.md we never recommend selecting a namespace to deploy to so by default, users are going to end up deploying gitlab to the default namespace which isn't ideal for a bunch of reasons. We should have a step to select a namespace and put --namespace in the sample commands.
