restoring backup in toolbox pod

i am migrating data from omnibus GitLab to cloud native i took a backup of all server in the tar and migrated few data like lfs , uploads etc. to object storage now i have 3 TB tar file I want to restore in the toolbox pod can u provide me the pre reposits and steps to restore the data to new server we are using cloud native where entire GitLab will be deployed in the EKS . i want to restore the backup in the toolbox pod
