GitLab Container and Helm Charts Support Amazon Linux 2

With the push to Sustainability and Graviton3 at AWS, it would be extremely helpful to be able to stand GitLab Cloud Native Hybrid up on a pure Graviton3 (ARM) cluster.

The EKS Quick Start already supports ARM clusters via advanced configuration - so the cluster building part is easy for co-customers and GitLab.
