At the moment we have minimal list of decisions enumerated in unstructured form under decistions.md .
Proposal
We've started switching to ADR in other projects. ADR allows for more structured approach to documentation of Architectural decisions with built-in deprecation and linking mechanisms.
Who can address the issue
@gitlab-org/distribution shall be well equipped to address the issue.
