Document KinD development without use of nip.io

and just had to addgitlab.myworkstation.example.net
. It looks like the container registry will require the same thing. We should add or link to that documentation, but that can be a separate follow up I think.I made my host name as
myworkstation.example.net
in the example configuration where it says to use thenip.io
host name.
