Chart repositorie is not up to date.

Summary

There is a new tag v3.2.0 released 12 hours ago, but still unable to upgrade to this version. I've seen this serval times.

Current behavior

There is a delay in chart releases.

Expected behavior

No delay, or tell people how long should we be waiting to upgrade our instance after a new GitLab version released.
