Increase life span of self-signed certificate for Ingress

The default expiry of the self-signed certificate for Ingress is set to 365 days. We should push this out, as a intermediate step until #1177 (closed) can be completed.

The Omnibus defaults the Registry self-signed certificate to 10 years (3650 days) (see #1100 (closed)).
