Chart v0.68.0 ignores deprecated runner tagging

When updating from chart v0.67.1 using the deprecated runner tagging mechanism to chart v0.68.0 tags are not being set anymore. I can see the runner in the overview of registered runners, but without any tags assigned to it. I have not made any modifications to the values.yaml.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
