Support internal loadbalancer to session server

Today, session server use public IP for auto discover, but if we have internal Gitlab and internal runner, we don't need public IP, just internal.

Can you let the user change the service by a ClusterIP service or internal ip by adding annotation ? (ex : cloud.google.com/load-balancer-type: Internal )
