GitLab-Runner Chart version 0.37.1 - wrong app version (bleeding)

Hi,

it seems the GitLab-Runner in Chart Version 0.37.1 uses a wrong app version. The app version is set to "bleeding".

Please have a look into this compare: v0.37.0...v0.37.1

It seems there was an accidential commit that got into that branch.

Please correct the app version to 14.7.0 (as it was in 0.37.0).
