Add support of more than one replica for web interactive terminal

This issue is a follow up of #79 (closed)

In other to release the web interactive terminal, the choices made for the first iteration were to support

  • Only one replica
  • Only LoadBalancer Service

The goal of this issue is to add the support of more than one replica to the web interactive terminal.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
