Include a questions.yml for gitlab Runner helm chart for Rancher App Deployment

When deploying GitLab runner within Rancher using the GitLab chart repository https://charts.gitlab.io/, its not easy for end users to deploy as they need to set variables and values each time. To make this easier for users to deploy this in Rancher it would be great if you can introduce an answer file for the Heml chart deployment as described in the link below.
