Initial support for worker deployments

  • Overview 32

Adds a new list of workers that get converted to deployments for #1 (closed)

TODOs:

  • See if it is possible to support health checks in sidekiq and implement by default (possibly using https://github.com/arturictus/sidekiq_alive)
  • Support graceful shutdown
