Implementation Guide

• Add anonymous_searches_allowed to the schema map.
• Add anonymous_searches_allowed to the options struct on change.
• Set anonymous_searches_allowed in the state map.
• Add a new test case to the integration test setting anonymous_searches_allowed to true and back again.
