Support Container Registry Protection Rules

please add support for creating/updating/reading/deleting/listing container registry protection rules:

Ultimately I would like to have support for these things in the terraform provider for GitLab, see this downstream issue: gitlab-org/terraform-provider-gitlab#6442 (closed)
