Feature Request: Add GroupsService.ListProjects

Add a method corresponding to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/groups.html#list-projects. As I need this feature, I kind of did it in a project so I could change it a bit to make it be like the other methods and push an MR.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
