Rename Product Intelligence to Analytics Instrumentation in all places

Problem

The "Product Intelligence" group has recently been renamed to "Analytics Instrumentation", see gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!122009 (merged). While the main labels have already been renamed there are still quite a few places where we still need to change the name. Some of these places might be straight-forward. Others won't. This epic is here to collect all places where renaming still needs to happen and house issues for those.

Result

All places, that are feasible should use "Analytics Instrumentation" instead of "Product Intelligence"
