9. Retrospectives and Analytics

Answer the project management stats question!

Track feedback on your agile process via the Wiki and analyze the performance of your organization using metrics.

• 1. Navigate to your root group. Click Plan > Wiki > New page
• 2. Name the page "Overmatch 1.0 Retro", add some text to the description, and click Create page
• 3. Copy the URL of the newly created wiki page
• 4. Navigate to Plan > Milestones, click "Overmatch Release 1.0", then click Edit
• 5. Paste the link you copied in step 3 into the description, then click Update milestone
• 6. Navigate to https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/ to inspect real data from the GitLab organization, since there's no data collected for our workshop organization yet
• 7. Explore Analyze > Value Stream analytics, and all the different stages set up under the Async-retro value stream
• 8. Explore CI/CD analytics
• 9. Explore Productivity analytics
