Support Tasks & Streams

Describe the feature

Permifrost makes it very easy to manage schemas. It would be great if permifrost could also allow privileges for tasks and streams to be defined in the spec file.

Describe alternatives you've considered

As an alternative, I currently manage these permissions via a separate SQL file.

This is specific to Snowflake.

• Stream privilege
• Task privileges

Who will this benefit?

This will benefit Snowflake users that also use streams and tasks.
