Upgrade issue from 0.12 to latest

Hi guys I have a working spec file in 0.12 and have just upgraded to the latest version. Now I get a ‘missing entity’ error on every single object - warehouses, dbs etc. I can see the SQL commands hitting snowflake but that’s the only clue I can give.
