Wildcard tries to grant permissions on information_schema

Describe the bug

When using wildcards in version 0.14.0, eg:

• database_name.*
• database_name.*.*

Permifrost will attempt to grant permissions on the information_schema schema, which results in errors.

Expected behavior

The information_schema should be ignored in wildcard
