Capture new KPIs from performance_indicators page
Can we capture KPIs from the performance indicator yml page like we do with the team_yaml page?

By capturing this data we could:
- Identify new KPIs that have been added
- Identify KPIs that are missing sisense links
- Currently not on page, but I'd like to add a
Expect to Operationalize in Sisense: True/False:to understand if the data team has work to do.
