Fix container registry and documentation after move to gitlab-da group

Problem to solve

After the project move to the gitlab-da group, there are no container images in the registry and the paths in documentation should be updated as well.

Proposal

• Build the container image and upload it to the project's GitLab container registry - fixed with https://gitlab.com/gitlab-da/use-cases/gitlab-api/gitlab-storage-analyzer/-/pipelines/1221039481
• Fix paths/URIs containing the old group name (gitlab-de)

How does success look like

• The container can be pulled from the project's GitLab container registry
• Documentation is fixed (e.g. the container image URL for running this from docker)
