Header limits are not always returned, zero gaps

When the headers are missing in the request, we return 0 at the moment. This leads to strange effects in the graphs then. Probably better to return nothing in this case.

For now, it is perfectly fine to showcase that the Docker Hub API is not yet always returning the correct values.
