Fixes service account authorization
Fixes google authorization to use the zoom-sync service account. I believe this should result in meetings containing [REC] in the title to be uploaded to the GitLab Videos Recorded shared drive based on line 247 of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/zoom-sync/-/jobs/632401573 where it states Skipping 'Coffee chat and Gitaly Shard moves - priorities' as it doesn't include [REC]
