Growth Data Guide - add snippet column definitions and fix formatting

Why is this change being made?

Adding a definition to all snippet columns in order to maximize the utility of this page and a stakeholder's ability to self-serve. This should add clarity and remove any confusion or ambiguity as to what a column means/represents.

There were also inconsistencies in formatting within the file itself and across the file and other Product Analysis pages in the handbook. Those are now consistent.
