Fix remote.com blog path

Caleb Cooper requested to merge cc-fix-remote-com-blog-path into master

Why is this change being made?

remote.com changed the path for their blog posts from the old subdomain system (blog.remote.com) to a folder on their primary domain (remote.com/blog).

This MR fixes the link to their "How I built my home office for maximum productivity" blog post, which is linked on line 192 of this README
