Update standard boilerplate with new 30M users stats

Nuritzi Sanchez requested to merge nuritzi-master-patch-71514 into master

Why is this change being made?

Per @nwoods1 and the comms team, we need to remove the 100K orgs number and replace with: “GitLab has an estimated 30 million+ users (both Paid and Free) from startups to global enterprises”

This MR suggests some changes to our standard boilerplate messaging that we link to from our Press Kit, and which we use in lots of externally facing messaging, including OSS events.
