Description

I'm reading the Transitioning to a manager role page, and there are a few things that we can improve:

Update link to the becoming a manager template, the project has been moved under a new group and I've updated with the new direct link.
Remove extra space.
Link to the READMEs page instead of Eric Johnson's README, so we can find all the examples, not just one of them.
