Fix formatting, restructure statements

Why is this change being made?

There were some formatting and arrangement issues with the text. I've made the template stand out and attempted to isolate one of the statements that suggests that there is another template for the case when a regular template does not apply. W/o that second template I just put the related words in brackets.
