Why is this change being made?
This MR removes a duplicate topic page, sets a redirect to the single topic page, and updates all existing links .
The topic page being removed is:
/topics/version-control/what-is-gitlab-workflow
The duplicate topic page that will remain with all links being set to is:
/topics/version-control/what-is-gitlab-flow
