Remove recommendation to use initials on branch name

Alejandro Guerrero requested to merge alejguer-master-patch-42477 into master

Why is this change being made?

The modified line suggests people to use their initials on the branch names, which contradicts what Sid recommends on the following GitLab tutorial video.

This can be confusing for onboarding members who are learning the ropes of working with GitLab.
