Enable links in PDF-Diagram.svg
Why is this change being made?
Recently links were added to the PDF-Diagram.svg file, however they
were not enabled because the file was output via an img
tag (which is non-interactive). This
converts that img
tag to an object
tag so the element is interactive and links are enabled.
The image is displayed here: https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product-development-flow/product-development-flow-draft.html#workflow-summary
